1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lovomy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lovomy is a platform that allows users to create and share personalized love notes, greeting pages, and romantic messages. Our Service includes both free and premium templates that users can customize and share with their loved ones.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

Premium Templates

Some templates on Lovomy require a one-time purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service as well.

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Lovomy (messages, customizations, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver your content to its intended recipients.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to create or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Lovomy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our templates are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense our templates without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To send unsolicited communications (spam)
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• To collect user information without consent
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• For commercial purposes without our prior consent

8. Page Expiration

Pages created on Lovomy may have expiration settings (time-based or view-based). Once a page expires, it may no longer be accessible. We are not responsible for preserving expired content. Users should save any important content before expiration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVOMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovomy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
